Seidnitz / Dobritz is a statistical district in the Dresden district of Blasewitz . It is located southeast of the city center on the old town side of the Elbe.
location
The statistical district Seidnitz / Dobritz is surrounded in the north by Striesen-Ost and Tolkewitz / Seidnitz-Nord , in the east by Laubegast and Leuben , in the south by Reick and Strehlen and in the west by Gruna .
The boundaries of the district are formed by the Dresden – Bodenbach railway , sections of Liebstädter, Bärensteiner, Hepke and Altenberger Strasse, the Niedersedlitzer Flutgraben and the Moränenende street. Seidnitz / Dobritz is therefore completely in the Elbe valley .

The statistical district includes large parts of the Seidnitz and Dobritz districts as well as the north of the Reick district and small parts of Grunas . It is divided into the following nine statistical districts :

The most important streets in the district are the inward and outward streets in the direction of Pirna, Bodenbacher Straße and Winterbergstraße, and the Rennplatz- / Enderstraße in a north-south direction. In Seidnitz / Dobritz there are several tram and city bus routes operated by the Dresden public transport company . The district has a total of 14 tram and 27 bus stops and is therefore very well integrated into the local public transport network. In addition, the two S-Bahn stops Dobritz and Reick are located in the district, via which there is a connection to the S1 line.
