Gönnsdorf / Pappritz with Cunnersdorf, Eichbusch, Helfenberg and Rockau is a statistical district in the east of Dresden . The long name of the district results from the stringing together of a total of six districts of the village of Schönfeld-Weißig , which are statistically recorded in this unit.

The Schönfeld-Weißiger districts of Gönnsdorf , Pappritz , Cunnersdorf , Eichbusch , Helfenberg and Rockau belong to this statistical district . While the first three districts are each in their own district , the last three are all in the district of Helfenberg. The statistical district is divided into the following five statistical districts:

Gönnsdorf / Pappritz borders the statistical districts of Hosterwitz / Pillnitz in the southwest, Loschwitz / Wachwitz in the west and Bühlau / Weißer Hirsch in the northwest , all of which are in the Loschwitz district. In the northeast and east it is bounded by the other two statistical districts in Schönfeld-Weißig, Weißig and Schönfeld / Schullwitz .

The boundaries of the statistical district follow the old corridor boundaries of the villages through Keppgrund , Schönfelder Hochland and Wachwitzgrund as well as along the Dresden Elbe slopes . Gönnsdorf / Pappritz lies completely outside the Elbe valley , but extends down the Elbe slopes up to 300 m to the banks of the Elbe .

The statistical district is a bit away from major traffic routes and is therefore only crossed by district roads that are also used by regional bus routes . The roads from Bühlau to Schönfeld and from Niederpoyritz to Weißig cross in Gönnsdorf . The bus route 61 of the Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe establishes a connection via Blasewitz and Strehlen to Löbtau . Gönnsdorf / Pappritz has a total of 20 bus stops.
