The St. Thomas Wildcats were a Canadian ice hockey team from St. Thomas , Ontario . The team played in the Colonial Hockey League from 1991 to 1994 .

history

The team was founded in 1991 as a franchise of the Colonial Hockey League , which was held for the first time . Their first two seasons were also their most successful two seasons for the St. Thomas Wildcats, as they both moved into the final of the playoffs for the Colonial Cup. There, however, they were subject to the Thunder Bay Thunder Hawks and Brantford Smoke .

Following the 1993/94 season, in which it had failed in the first playoff round, the franchise was relocated to London , Ontario , where it then took part in the game operations of the Colonial Hockey League under the name London Wildcats .
