Sutton's Cycle Agency was an Australian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Melbourne company began producing automobiles in 1898 under the direction of Henry Sutton. The brand name was Sutton . Production ended in 1901. In total, only a few vehicles were built.

Sutton manufactured a three-wheeler with a two-cylinder engine in 1898 .

A small four-wheeled car followed in 1899. An air-cooled single-cylinder engine with 4 HP power drove the front wheels via chains. Depending on the source, the steering acted on all four wheels or only on the rear wheels. The open body offered space for two people. Another seat could be installed above the engine.

In 1901 a model followed with a water-cooled engine with 1565 cm³ displacement and 6 hp. The tonneau body offered space for four people. The front wheels were steered.
