Buckingham & Ward Motors Pty Ltd was an Australian manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company from Footscray near Melbourne began producing automobiles in 1931. The brand names were Hamard and Buckingham . A commercial vehicle was also announced to be offered as a ward . 1933 Humble & Sons from Geelong was taken over. Production ended in 1934.

Hamard appeared in 1931 . It had a six-cylinder engine with OHV valve control and 25 tax horsepower . The vehicle's wheelbase was 3302 mm. This model was not a success. It is unclear whether more than one prototype was created.
Buckingham followed in 1933 . The 60 was a four-door sedan and the 70 was a two-door coupe . The wheelbase was 2794 mm. The vehicles were driven by an OHV four-cylinder engine with 22 tax horsepower and 2808 cm³ displacement . The transmission had three gears. Several vehicles were sold.
