Bufori Motor Car Company (Australia) Pty Ltd was an Australian manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The brothers Anthony, George and Gerry Khouri founded the company in 1986 in Sydney . They started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Bufori . In 1998 production in Australia ended. The Bufori Motor Car Company (M) from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia has continued production since then, keeping the brand name.
vehicles
The range offered models in the style of the 1930s. The first model was based on the chassis of the VW Beetle . A plastic body was mounted on top.
The V6i appeared in 1991 . This was a larger four-seater. An engine from the Holden Commodore with 3800 cm³ displacement was mounted in the front of the vehicle.
The Mk. II had more interior space and had a 2 liter Subaru engine .
