Python Vehicles Australia is an Australian manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
George Vidovic founded the company in South Melbourne in 1979 . In 1980 he bought the designs for a model from Arntz Engineering in the USA and began producing automobiles and kit cars in 1981 . The brand name is Python .
vehicles
One model is the replica of the AC Cobra . The basis is a ladder frame with a 2311 mm wheelbase . An open two-seater body made of fiberglass is mounted on top. The rear suspension is from Jaguar . Various V8 engines from Ford with a displacement of 4700 cm³ to 7000 cm³ drive the vehicles.
The R 302 appeared in 1997 . This racing car has an engine with 378 hp .
