Tilli Motor Company was an Australian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Melbourne-based company was originally active in the automotive accessories sector. In 1957, the production of automobiles began under the direction of Reg Tilley. The brand name was Tilli . The plan was to produce 200 vehicles a month. Automobile production ended in the same year. A total of four vehicles were built.

The only model was the three-wheeled Capton . Gray & Harper supplied the chassis with a 1829 mm wheelbase . A two to three-seater body made of fiberglass was mounted on it. There was a choice of roadster and coupé . A two-cylinder two - stroke engine from the British Anzani Motor Company with a displacement of 350 cc and an output of 15 to 16 hp propelled the vehicles.
