The Türkiye 3. Futbol Ligi 1975/76 was the ninth season of the third highest Turkish division in professional men's football. It was started on October 5, 1975 with the 1st game day and ended on June 27, 1976 with the 30th game day.

As in the previous season, the league was designed as a two-tier league. In contrast to the previous season, both groups were reduced to 16 teams by the relegated team and the missing promoted team. The reason for the reduction in the number of teams was that at the end of the preseason, two or one team per group were relegated, but no teams from the lower league were added for the new season. The two groups were again referred to as group red and group white . The season was played without relegation.

At the beginning of the season, the two relegated teams from the 2nd Lig İstanbulspor and Uşakspor were added to the 30 teams remaining from the previous season . There were no newcomers who were either accepted as champions from the then fourth-class regional amateur leagues or who met the requirements of the Turkish Football Association and were thus allowed to participate in the third-highest division.

The four clubs Tarsus İdman Yurdu , Kırklarelispor , Kasımpaşa Istanbul and Uşakspor were each deducted two points at the end of the season by the Turkish Football Association due to different offenses .

Diyarbakırspor (group red) and Ispartaspor (group white) achieved in their groups the championship of the 3rd Lig and thus the direct promotion to the 2nd Lig . For both clubs, the rise meant the first participation in their club history in the 2nd Lig.
