The Nordic Combined World Cup season 1993/94 began on December 4, 1993 in Saalfelden, Austria and ended on March 19, 1994 in Thunder Bay, Canada . During the season from February 12 to 27, 1994, the Olympic Winter Games were held in Lillehammer . During the season a new FIS point system came into force, according to which the winner of a World Cup now ??? Receives points.

As in the previous year, the Japanese Kenji Ogiwara was able to put his stamp on the season. So he won five of the nine World Cup races and won the overall standings in front of his teammate Takanori Kōno and the Norwegian Fred Børre Lundberg . He is the first to defend his title.

In addition to the Norwegian Fred Børre Lundberg with two successes, the Austrian Mario Stecher and the Swiss Hippolyt Kempf both celebrated a World Cup victory. For Kempf this was the fifth and last World Cup success of his career. For Stecher, on the other hand, this was the first World Cup success. After Klaus Sulzenbacher, he is only the second Austrian to win the World Cup.
