Blanche (actually Ellie Noa Blanche Delvaux ; born June 10, 1999 in Brussels ) is a Belgian singer .

She took part in the Walloon version of The Voice in 2016 , where she was eliminated in the 13th round on live shows.

On November 22nd, 2016 she was selected internally by the RTBF to represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 . In the course of this, she decided to perform under her third name, Blanche .

Her song City Lights and the accompanying music video were released on March 8, 2017. However, the song itself was uploaded to YouTube without a video on the night of March 7th to 8th. She was able to qualify in the first semifinals of the ESC 2017 for the final on May 13th, where she reached 4th place.

In January 2018, Blanche received the European Border Breakers Award , which honors European newcomers who are also successful outside of their home countries.

Her first album, Empire , was released on May 29, 2020 on the PIAS label .

Her older brother is the singer Oliver Lord (Oliver Ghnassia Langbord).
