Cuillé is located about 28 kilometers west-southwest of Laval . Cuillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gennes-sur-Seiche and Brielles in the north, La Perthe in the northeast, Méral and Saint-Poix in the east, Laubrières in the south and southeast, Gastines and Fontaine-Couverte in the south, La Selle-Guerchaise in the southwest as well Availles-sur-Seiche to the west.
