action
Overweight Julia Jones cannot find a partner. One day she meets Grant Funkyerdoder, with whom she falls in love. She seeks help from Hitch, who manages to change her appearance.
In a kind of casting show for television, Julia is then chosen by Grant, whereupon a rather turbulent relationship develops. On the one hand, Julia's parents are anything but enthusiastic about the idea that Julia does not want to marry the employee from her parents' café intended for her, but the rich Grant. After a catastrophic meeting between the two parents and a few other obstacles, such as the sudden appearance of Grant's former girlfriend, Julia agrees to marry the employee. When the priest at the ceremony asks if anyone present has anything against this marriage, Julia's father contradicts on the grounds that this is not true love and that Julia will not be happy. Finally, Julia and Grant get together.
