The EBSA U21 European Snooker Championship 2019 was a snooker tournament that took place from February 19 to 22, 2019 at the U Magic Palace Hotel in Eilat , Israel . It was the 23rd edition of the Junior Continental Championship organized by the European Billiards and Snooker Association .

The Austrian Florian Nüßle , the Swiss Luis Vetter and the Germans Richard Wienold, Umut Dikme, Loris Lehmann and Daniel Sciborski took part from German-speaking countries . Lehmann was eliminated in the group stage, Vetter, Wienold and Sciborski lost in the round of 32 and Nüßle and Dikme reached the round of 16.

The Welshman Jackson Page became European champion with a 5-1 win in the final against the Irish Ross Bulman and qualified for the Main Tour seasons 2019/20 and 2020/21 . Page lost only two frames during the entire tournament and played the highest break of the tournament with 129 points in his round of 16 against the Hungarian Attila Horváth .

The 72 participants were divided into 18 groups of four players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The top three in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
