EBSA European Snooker Championship 2010

The EBSA Snooker European Championship 2010 was the 19th edition of the European Billiards and Snooker Association hosted European Championship in Snooker . It took place from May 27th to June 5th 2010 at the Rin Hotel in the Romanian capital Bucharest . The Belgian Luca Brecel became European champion with a 7-4 victory in the final against the Dutchman Roy Stolk . At the age of 15 years and three months, Brecel became the youngest player to win the EM.

mode

The 64 participating players were divided into eight groups of eight players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The four best placed in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
