The 2014 EBSA U21 European Snooker Championship was the 18th edition of the European Junior Snooker Championship organized by the European Billiards and Snooker Association . It took place from March 18 to 23, 2014 in the Hotel Caro in the Romanian capital Bucharest .
The Englishman Oliver Lines became European champion with a 6-1 win against the Irishman Josh Boileau and thus qualified for the Main Tour seasons 2014/15 and 2015/16 .

The 97 participating players were divided into 16 groups of six or seven players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The four best placed in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
