The 2011 EBSA U21 European Snooker Championship was the 15th edition of the European Junior Snooker Championship organized by the European Billiards and Snooker Association . It took place from April 2 to 7, 2011, as in the previous year, in the Dolmen Hotel in Qawra . After 1998 and 2010, Malta hosted the European Junior Championship for the third time, where the age limit has been 21 since 2011, instead of the previous 19.
The Pole Kacper Filipiak became European champion with a 6: 3 victory in the final against the Scot Michael Leslie and thus qualified for the Main Tour seasons 2011/12 and 2012/13 .

The 64 participating players were divided into eight groups of eight players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The four best placed in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
