The EBSA U21 European Snooker Championship 2013 was the 17th edition of the Junior European Snooker Championship organized by the European Billiards and Snooker Association . It took place from March 18-22, 2013 at the Borsko Jezero Hotel in Bor , Serbia .

The Englishman James Cahill became European champion with a 6-0 victory in the final against his compatriot Ashley Carty and thus qualified for the Main Tour seasons 2013/14 and 2014/15 .

The 83 participating players were divided into 16 groups of five or six players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The top three in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
