The European Darts Championship 2019 was a major tournament in darts and was organized for the twelfth time by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) from October 24th to 27th . The venue for the first time was the locomotive hall in Göttingen .

The victory went to the Englishman Rob Cross for the first time , who defeated the Welsh Gerwyn Price with 11: 6 legs in the final .

format

The tournament was played in legs using the knockout system . The number of legs to be won per round increased. Game mode in the 1st round was a best of 11 legs . By the finale, the mode rose to best of 21 legs . Each leg was played in 501 double-out mode.

Prize money

The tournament totaled £ 500,000. The prize money is distributed among the participants as follows:
