Faroese Football Cup 1969

The Faroese Football Cup 1969 was played for the 15th time. In the final, which was played on artificial turf in the Gundadalur Stadium in Tórshavn , defending champion HB Tórshavn won 2-0 against B36 Tórshavn and was thus able to win the cup for the eighth time.

HB Tórshavn and B36 Tórshavn finished second and fourth in the championship .

All first division clubs were allowed to play in the cup. Three teams were seeded for the semifinals. The two remaining teams played the last participant in a round. All rounds were played in the knockout system .
