Faroese Football Cup 1968

The 1968 Faroese Football Cup was played for the 14th time. In the final, which was played on artificial turf in the Gundadalur Stadium in Tórshavn , HB Tórshavn won 2-1 against B36 Tórshavn and was able to win the cup for the seventh time.

HB Tórshavn and B36 Tórshavn finished third and second in the championship . Defending champion KÍ Klaksvík , however, was eliminated in the semi-finals.

All first division clubs were allowed to play in the cup. Three teams were seeded for the semifinals. The two remaining teams played the last participant in a round. All rounds were played in the knockout system .
