Faroese Football Cup 1990

The Faroese Football Cup 1990 took place between April 8 and August 22, 1990 and was played for the 36th time. In the final, which was played on artificial turf in the Gundadalur Stadium in Tórshavn , KÍ Klaksvík beat GÍ Gøta 6-1 and was able to win the cup for the third time.

KÍ Klaksvík and GÍ Gøta finished seventh and third in the championship . With LÍF Leirvík , a second division team reached the quarter-finals. Defending champion HB Tórshavn , however, retired in the 2nd round.
