Faroese Football Cup 1989

The Faroese Football Cup 1989 took place between April 2 and August 30, 1989 and was played for the 35th time. In the repetition of the final, which was played on artificial turf in the Gundadalur Stadium in Tórshavn , defending champion HB Tórshavn won 2-0 against B71 Sandur and was thus able to win the cup for the third time in a row and for the 22nd time overall.

HB Tórshavn and B71 Sandur finished second and one in the championship . With TB Tvøroyri , a second division team reached the semi-finals.
