Faroese Football Cup 1985

The 1985 Faroese Football Cup took place between April 21 and September 29, 1985 and was played for the 31st time. In the final, which was played on artificial turf in the Gundadalur Stadium in Tórshavn , GÍ Gøta won 4-2 against NSÍ Runavík and was able to win the cup for the second time.

NSÍ Runavík and LÍF Leirvík finished fifth and sixth in the championship . With EB Eiði a third division team reached the semifinals. Defending champion HB Tórshavn , however, was eliminated in the quarter-finals.
