Faroese Football Cup 1988

The 1988 Faroese Football Cup took place between April 10 and July 3, 1988 and was played for the 34th time. In the final, which was played on artificial turf in the Gundadalur Stadium in Tórshavn , defending champion HB Tórshavn won 1-0 against NSÍ Runavík and was thus able to win the cup for the 21st time.

HB Tórshavn and NSÍ Runavík finished first and tenth in the championship , thus HB Tórshavn reached the double . With MB Miðvágur a second division reached the semi-finals.
