The Faroese Football Championship 1968 was held in the Meistaradeildin called first Faroese league and was the 26th season overall. It started on April 28, 1968 with TB Tvøroyri's game against VB Vágur and ended on September 1, 1968.

Champion was defending champion KÍ Klaksvík , who could win the title for the third time in a row and for the twelfth time overall.
