The Faroese Football Championship 1975 was held in the Meistaradeildin called first Faroese league and was the 33rd season overall. It started on May 4, 1975 and ended on September 14, 1975.
Champion was defending champion HB Tórshavn , who won the title for the third time in a row and for the ninth time overall. HB remained free of loss points throughout the season, which had previously only been achieved by HB itself in 1973 , KÍ Klaksvík in 1969 and TB Tvøroyri in 1949 .
Compared to the previous season, the goal rate worsened to 3.17 per game, which was the lowest average since 1962 . The biggest win was achieved by HB Tórshavn 6-0 in the away game against ÍF Fuglafjørður . The highest-scoring game was between TB Tvøroyri and KÍ Klaksvík with a 1: 6.
