Fleckenshölzer is a nature reserve in the village of Bad Bederkesa in the Lower Saxony city ​​of Geestland in the district of Cuxhaven .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 122 is 40  hectares in size. It has been a nature reserve since August 2, 1985. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Cuxhaven.

The nature reserve consists of five separate forest areas, the Brunnen- and Spitzackerholz, Zechholz, Klenkenborn and Buriedholz. These are located in the west of Bad Bederkesa and directly border the residential development. Protected areas partially border the protected forest areas, in which certain actions can be prohibited in accordance with Section 24 NNatG if they endanger or disturb the nature reserve or parts of it.

The forest areas are predominantly mixed oak and beech forests . In the well wood in the north of the protected area there are spring areas as well as five stair-shaped former fish ponds. In the more humid environment, oak-hornbeam forests are predominantly found.
