The Quellenental is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Wingst in the combined municipality of Land Hadeln in the district of Cuxhaven .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 065 is 1.2  hectares in size. It is the smallest nature reserve in Lower Saxony. It is located between Cadenberge and Hemmoor on the eastern slope of the German Olympus in the Wingst and protects an erosion valley. In the protected area, there are wet meadows that have been soaked through escaping pressure water from the slopes with rich occurrences of broad-leaved and spotted orchid .

The area has been a nature reserve since September 6, 1976. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Cuxhaven.
