The Lower Rhine Regional Soccer League 1949/50 was the third season of the highest amateur class in the area of the Niederrhein Soccer Association under the name Regional League . The Landesliga Niederrhein was located below the 2nd League West and was divided into two groups. The Cronenberger SC became champions and the TuS Essen-West rose to the 2nd League West. A total of nine clubs were relegated from the two national league groups.
