Steffi Graf won the singles final against Karina Habšudová 4: 6, 6: 2 and 7: 5. In the double final, Meredith McGrath and Larisa Neiland defeated the pairing Martina Hingis / Helena Suková with 6: 1, 5: 7 and 7: 6.
