Gertie Honeck
Gertie Honeck (* 1945 in Thedinghausen ; actually Gerda-Emma-Elise Honeck) is a German actress and voice actress .
Career
Honeck was born in Thedinghausen near Bremen . She first completed a commercial apprenticeship and then began training as an actor.
theatre
After completing her acting training in 1972, she had her first engagement in the stands in Berlin in Sacrifice of Duty (play and direction: Eugène Ionesco ). Until 1988 she played in 30 productions at various German theaters a. a. Renaissance Theater in Berlin, Ernst Deutsch Theater and Thalia Theater in Hamburg and made some tours. Then Rome became her second home for several years. As of 2000, theater guest performances in Düsseldorf , Bonn , Berlin , Essen and a tour followed.

Honeck held readings in the Meistersaal , the “New Society for Literature”, at the “Q-ulturtage” in Q205 and a reading to promote young people, both in Berlin. She took part in the awards ceremony for youth literature in Limburg and Lit.Cologne 2006.
In 1993 she read from his works in the Villa Massimo of the Deutsche Akademie in Rome together with the writer Frederik Hetmann . In 2005, a joint reading followed on three evenings with texts from his novel Traumklänge or the longest fairy tale that ever existed during the fairy tale days in Reichelsheim . After his death, she held a commemorative reading in Limburg on the 1st anniversary of his death on May 31, 2007.
