Goldbachschleife is a wasteland in the northern Upper Palatinate . Goldbachschleife is part of the town of Vohenstrauss . In 2011 the Goldbachschleife was uninhabited.

Geographical location

Goldbachschleife is located on the north bank of the Pfreimd . North of Goldbachschleife the Goldbach flows into the Pfreimd. A small road leads from Kößing to Goldbachschleife. At Goldbachschleife there is a small bridge over the Pfreimd.

history

With the flourishing of the glass industry in the Vohenstrauß district at the beginning of the 19th century, the Goldbachschleife was founded as a glass loop .

Goldbachschleife belonged to the municipality of Böhmischbruck in 1885.

In 1928 Jakob Hanauer was the owner of the Goldbachschleife.

With the municipality reform in 1972 Goldbachschleife came into the municipality of Vohenstrauß.
