Handball Regional League West 1981/82
The season 1981/1982 of handball Regional League West of the men was the 12th in their history. A total of 24 teams in a north and a south relay played for the West German championship. The respective winners of their season played after 22 match days for the title of West German champions in 1982. This was achieved by promoted HC TuRa Bergkamen in the final against TSV Bayer Dormagen .
Four teams had to be relegated to the upper leagues: TuS Wellinghofen (Westphalia), SV Lintfort (Middle Rhine), HSG Römerwall (Rhineland-Palatinate) and Alemannia Aachen (Middle Rhine).
