Handball Regional League West 1974/75
The 1974/1975 season of the men's regional handball league was the 6th in its history. A total of 20 teams in a north and a south relay played for the West German championship. The first two of each season played for the title of West German Champion 1975. TuS Derschlag managed this in the final against TUSEM Essen .
In the upper leagues, VfB Homberg (Lower Rhine) and HG Idar-Oberstein (Rhineland-Palatinate) had to relegate three teams after a play-off against TS Bendorf with equal points and HSV Bocklemünd (Middle Rhine). Idar-Oberstein renounced a class remaining game against SC Münster.
