Handball Regional League West 1983/84
The season 1983/1984 of handball Regional League West of the men was the 14th in their history. A total of 24 teams in a north and a south relay played for the West German championship. The two best-placed teams of their squadron played for the title of West German champions in 1984 after 22 match days. This was achieved by SG Olympia Longerich .
Three teams had to be relegated to the upper leagues: MTV Mülheim (Lower Rhine), TuS Daun (Middle Rhine) and Bayer Leverkusen 2 (Middle Rhine).
