Handball Regional League West 1973/74
The 1973/1974 season of the men's regional handball league was the 5th in its history. A total of 20 teams in a north and a south relay played for the West German championship. The first two of each season played for the title of West German champion in 1974. OSC 04 Rheinhausen managed this in the final against Eintracht Hagen .
In the top leagues had to take the TV Angermund , MTV Mülheim (both HV Niederrhein), the TV Siesbach and the TV tower White descend (both HV Rheinland) four teams.
