Hausen ( listen ^{? / I} ) was a district of the municipality Windeck in the Rhein-Sieg district . Today it forms the eastern part of Wiedenhof .

location

Hausen is located on the slopes of the Bergisches Land in the Siegtal . Former neighboring town next to Wiedenhof was Gansau in the northwest. The federal highway 256 runs through the village .

history

Hausen belonged to the parish of Rosbach and at times to the mayor's office Dattenfeld .

In 1830 Hausen had 34 inhabitants.

In 1845 the hamlet had 41 Protestant residents in eight houses. In 1863 there were 48 people. In 1888 there were 93 residents in 22 houses.

In 1962 80 people lived here and in 1976 98 people lived here.
