The Holy Trinity University (HTU) ( Tagalog : Pamantasang Holy Trinity ) is an ecclesiastical university in Puerto Princesa in the Philippine province of Palawan . It was founded in 1940 by the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena .
