In the singles Justine Henin-Hardenne won against Swetlana Kuznetsova with 3: 6, 6: 2 and 7: 5. In doubles, the pairing Tetjana Perebyjnis / Barbora Strýcová won 6: 1 and 6: 4 against Klaudia Jans / Alicja Rosolska .

The qualification for the J&S Cup 2005 took place from April 23 to 25, 2005. Four qualifying places for the singles and one qualification place for the doubles were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
