In the singles Dinara Safina won against Amélie Mauresmo 6: 4, 2: 6 and 6: 3. In doubles, Iveta Benešová / Květa Peschke won 6: 2, 2: 6 and 6: 2 against Anabel Medina Garrigues / Dinara Safina.
