The canton of Coutras was a French canton in the arrondissement Libourne in the Gironde department and in the Aquitaine region until 2015 ; its main town was Coutras . Pierre Barrau ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1994 to 2013 . He was followed by Michelle Lacoste (also PS).
