Chamadelle Town Hall

Chamadelle is a French municipality with 733 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Libourne and the canton of Le Nord-Libournais (until 2015: canton of Coutras ). The inhabitants are called Chamadellois .

geography

Chamadelle is located about 49 kilometers northeast of Bordeaux and about 25 kilometers north-northeast of Libourne on the Dronne . Chamadelle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-de-Coux in the north, La Barde in the north and northeast, Les Églisottes-et-Chalaures in the east , Les Peintures in the south and Lagorce in the west and southwest.
