The municipality is located around 30 kilometers west of Bergerac on the border with the neighboring Dordogne department in the Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux wine-growing region . Neighboring municipalities are Saint-Antoine-de-Breuilh in the north (Dordogne department), Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt in the northeast (Dordogne department), Saint-André-et-Appelles in the east, Saint-Quentin-de-Caplong in the South and Saint-Avit-de-Soulège to the west. The place Eynesse lies on the left bank of the river Dordogne , which forms the department border here.
