Saint-Pey-de-Castets ( Occitan : Sent Peir de Castèths ) is a southwestern French community with 622 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Libourne and the canton of Les Coteaux de Dordogne (until 2015: canton of Pujols ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Peyais .

Saint-Pey-de-Castets is located about 40 kilometers east of Bordeaux and about 17 kilometers southeast of Libourne in the Dordogne valley . Saint-Pey-de-Castets is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Civrac-sur-Dordogne in the north and northwest, Saint-Magne-de-Castillon in the north, Mouliets-et-Villemartin in the east and northeast, Pujols in the east, Bossugan in the south, Mérignas in the southwest and Sainte-Florence in the west.
