Saint-Vincent-de-Pertignas is located about 46 kilometers east of Bordeaux on the Dordogne , which borders the municipality in the north. Saint-Vincent-de-Pertignas is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Terre in the north, Sainte-Florence in the northeast, Mérignas in the east and southeast, Rauzan in the south and southwest and Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac in the west.
