Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac is a French village with 440 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Libourne and the canton Les Coteaux de Dordogne (until 2015 Pujols ).
geography
Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac is located about 44 kilometers east of Bordeaux on the Dordogne , which borders the municipality in the north. Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Terre in the north, Saint-Vincent-de-Pertignas in the east and south-east, Rauzan in the south and south-east and Saint-Aubin-de-Branne in the west.
