Sainte-Radegonde is about 35 kilometers east of Bordeaux . Sainte-Radegonde is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Flaujagues in the north, Juillac in the north and northeast, Gensac in the east, Coubeyrac in the southeast, Pellegrue in the south and southeast, Doulezon in the west and southwest and Mouliets-et-Villemartin in the northwest.
