Savignac-de-l'Isle is located about 32 kilometers northeast of Bordeaux on the Isle , which borders the municipality to the south and east. Savignac-de-l'Isle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-du-Bois in the north, Bonzac in the east and northeast, Saint-Denis-de-Pile in the east and southeast, Les Billaux in the south and Galgon in the west.
