It belongs to the Arrondissement of Libourne and the canton of Le Nord-Libournais (until 2015: canton of Coutras ). The inhabitants are called Féodiens .

geography

Camps-sur-l'Isle is located about 47 kilometers east-northeast of Bordeaux and about 20 kilometers northeast of Libourne on the Isle , which borders the municipality in the north. Camps-sur-l'Isle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Coutras in the north and north-west, Porchères in the north-east, Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle in the east, Saint-Sauveur-de-Puynormand in the south and Saint-Médard-de- Guizières to the west.
